What is steel detailing?
Steel detailing turns engineering design drawings into fabrication and erection drawings — every plate, bolt, weld and dimension a fabricator needs. We do it on Tekla Structures with full BOQ and CNC output.
What is the difference between structural analysis and structural design?
Analysis calculates forces and deflections under loads; design sizes members and connections so they satisfy code limits. We provide both, typically on STAAD.Pro and RAM Connection.
What is pipe stress analysis and when is it required?
Pipe stress analysis checks piping for weight, pressure, thermal expansion and occasional loads, and verifies nozzle loads on equipment. It is required for hot, large-bore, high-pressure or critical lines per ASME B31.
Which pressure vessel codes do you design to?
ASME Section VIII Div 1 & 2, EN 13445, PD 5500 and IS 2825, using PV-Elite and ANSYS for design-by-analysis.
Can you work to my company's specifications?
Yes — we routinely work to operator and EPC specifications, Shell DEPs and project-specific standards.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign NDAs before receiving drawings and keep all project data confidential.
How do you charge?
Lump-sum per package, per-tonne for detailing, per-drawing, or hourly — whichever suits your project.
What file formats do you deliver?
Native Tekla, STAAD, CAESAR II, PV-Elite and CAD files plus PDF, DWG, DXF, NC/DSTV and IFC.
